Responsible cardholders for P-Cards and Meeting Cards can use the US Bank Access Online portal to review individual transactions, check a card’s available balance, and more.
This page describes how to register your first Access Online account. If you’ve already registered an account and have been issued a new card account, visit the Add Another Account page to learn how to add another account to your existing profile.
To get started, visit access.usbank.com and click Register Online.

Complete the fields on the next page as follows:
- Organization Short Name: IU
- Account Number: the 16-digit number printed on the card
- Account Expiration Date: select the Month and Year printed on the card
Click Send a Code and U.S. Bank Access Online emails you a one time passcode. The passcode expires in 15 minutes.

Retrieve the passcode from your email and enter it in the One-Time Passcode field and click Continue.

On the next page, enter the user ID created for you by Card Services in the User ID field.
Create a password or passphrase and enter it in the password fields. Click the “i” icon next to the Password field to review the requirements the password must meet. Save your login credentials via a secure method.

Scroll down the page to the Authentication section of the page. Select and answer three Authentication Questions and enter your IU campus address, phone number, and email address in the appropriate fields in the Contact Information section.
Click Continue at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next and final step.

The last page prompts you to enable enhanced security. IU card accounts do not use this option. Select the radio button next to No and click Continue at the bottom of the page to complete registration.

Congratulations! You have created your US Bank Access Online credentials.
